钛合金热成形取件及上料系统机械设备设计

摘要 我国的航空、飞机等工业制造业快速发展,钛合金钣金件的应用量逐年提升,但我国的钛合金热成形工艺在取件及上料方面的形式仍然与发达国家存在着一定的差距。现阶段我国仍然有许多企业采用传统人工进行上料取件工作,这样的形式不仅受到工作环境的限制,工作效率和质量也得不到有效的保障。极容易出现零件划痕、2次损伤、人身安全等问题,对我国制造行业产生了严重的阻碍作用。因此,本文设计了一种基于机械手和末端执行器的取件上料系统,采用CATIA软件进行1:1还原建模,采用DELMIA软件进行运动学的仿真,对系统的运动过程进行检测,旨在为我国制造业提供有效助力。 China’s aviation,aircraft and other industrial manufacturing industries are developing rapidly,and the application of titanium alloy sheet metal parts is increasing year by year,however,the hot forming process of titanium alloy in our country still has a certain gap with the developed countries in the form of taking parts and feeding materials.At present,many enterprises in our country still use traditional manual work to pick up materials,which is not only limited by the working environment,but also can not guarantee the work efficiency and quality effectively.It is very easy to appear parts scratch,2 times damage,personal safety and so on,which has a serious hindrance to the manufacturing industry in China.Therefore,this paper designs a kind of take-up and loading system based on manipulator and end-effector,carries on 1:1 reduction modeling with CATIA software,carries on the kinematics simulation with DELMIA software,carries on the examination to the system movement process,in order to provide effective assistance for China’s manufacturing industry.
