南平市延平区2018-2021年猪口蹄疫免疫抗体监测及分析

Surveillance and analysis of swine foot-and-mouth disease immune antibodies in Yanping district of Nanping city from 2018 to 2021

摘要 为进一步了解南平市延平区规模猪场猪口蹄疫血清抗体情况,采用血清学检测方法对延平区2018-2021年猪口蹄疫血清抗体情况进行调查。结果显示,共采集的1 968份猪血清中,O型口蹄疫抗体合格率为91.96%,A型口蹄疫抗体合格率为89.53%,表明延平区猪口蹄疫免疫抗体均达到国家规定要求,且猪O型口蹄疫群体免疫效果优于A型口蹄疫。因有些乡镇抗体合格率较低,故仍然需要加强动物免疫抗体的监测工作,为预防和控制猪口蹄疫的发生提供科学权威的依据。 In order to further understand the serum antibodies against FMD in large-scale pig farms in Yanping district of Nanping city, serological detection methods were used to investigate the serum antibodies against FMD in pig farms in Yanping district from 2018 to 2021.The results showed that among the 1 968 serum samples collected, the qualified rate of type O FMD antibody was 91.96%, and the qualified rate of type A FMD antibody was 89.53%, indicating that the FMD immune antibodies in Yanping district reached the national requirements, and the group immune effect of type O FMD was better than that of type A FMD. Due to the low qualified rate of antibodies in some townships, it is still necessary to strengthen the monitoring of animal immune antibodies to provide scientific and authoritative basis for the prevention and control of swine foot-and-mouth disease.
