宁化县鸡住白细胞虫感染现状与分析

Current situation and analysis of Leukocytosis infection in chickens in Ninghua county

自宁化县8个乡镇16个养鸡专业户和5个蛋鸡场随机采集420份样品进行镜检,了解全县鸡住白细胞虫病感染现状并分析原因,提出防控对策,以有效防控鸡住白细胞虫病发生与流行。结果显示,93份样品可见卡氏住白细胞原虫配子体,平均感染率22.1%;8个乡镇感染率为11.7%~35%;且发现鸡群住白细胞虫感染与鸡的饲养方式、品种、日龄有关,各种日龄和品种的鸡均可感染卡氏住白细胞虫,本地河田鸡和土杂鸡感染率分别为15%、18.8%,其余引进鸡种的感染率大于20%;全封闭式智能化笼养蛋鸡的感染率为0,半封笼养的感染率为37.5%。

A total of 420 samples from 16 chicken farms and 5 egg farms in 8 towns of Ninghua were randomly collected and checked with microscope, to understand the present situation of Leukocytosis infection in chickens and analyze the causes, and put forward the prevention and control countermeasures, so as to effectively prevent the occurrence and prevalence of leukocytosis infection in chickens. The results showed that gametophytes were found in 93 samples with an average infection rate of 22.1%. The infection rate ranged from 11.7% to 35% in 8 townships. It was found that the infection was related to the feeding method, breed and age of chickens. All chickens of different ages and breeds could be infected with Cariniella. The infection rate of local Hetian chickens and local hybrid chickens was 15% and 18.8%, respectively, and the infection rate of other imported breeding chickens was more than 20%. The infection rate of laying hens in fully enclosed intelligent cage was 0, and that in semi-enclosed cage was 37.5%.
