摘要 课题组设计了一种基于ARM技术、GSM无线通信技术和组态技术的温湿度自动控制及远程监控系统。采用数字温湿度传感器DHT11对粮食存储环境温湿度进行检测,采用功耗低、抗干扰能力强、工业级的STM32F103VET6单片机作为主控制器,可以自动控制温度、湿度在设定的范围内并实时显示温湿度值。当环境的温湿度、通风机异常时,现场发出声光报警信号,同时启动TC35无线通信模块将报警信息发送到管理员手机和上位机监控软件。上位机监控中心能够实时显示温度、湿度及风机工作情况。管理员也可以从上位机向现场发送控制命令,如读取、设定温湿度,查询历史数据、实时数据等。装置调试、使用方便,具有功耗低、成本低、控制精度高、可靠性高等优点,可以方便地在远端监控和管理粮食存储环境,满足了现代粮食存储监控的需要,降低了粮食存储的损耗和成本。 The research group designs an automatic control and remote monitoring system for grain storage environment based on ARM technology,GSM wireless communication technology and configuration technology.The digital temperature and humidity sensor DHT11 is used to detect the temperature and humidity of the grain storage environment,and the industrial-grade STM32F103VET6 microcontroller with low power consumption and strong anti-interference ability is used as the main controller,which can automatically control the temperature and humidity within the set range and display it in real time.When the temperature or humidity of the environment or the fan are abnormal,sound and light alarm signals are issued on the spot,at the same time,the TC35 wireless communication module will be started to send the alarm information to the administrator’s mobile phone and the host computer monitoring software.The host computer monitoring center can display temperature,humidity and fan working conditions in real time.The administrator can also send control commands from the host computer to the scene,such as reading and setting temperature and humidity,querying historical data,real-time data,etc.The device is easy to debug and use,it has the advantages of low power consumption,low cost,high control accuracy,and high reliability.It can conveniently monitor and manage the grain storage environment remotely,which meets the needs of modern grain storage monitoring and reduces the loss and cost of grain storage.
