智能射线矿石分选机在钨矿预处理中的研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对传统人工选钨矿效率低、全磨全选成本高的问题,设计开发了一种新型智能射线矿石分选机来替代人工选矿及优化全磨全选工艺,该分选机主要包含给料系统、照射检测系统、核心处理系统、分选执行系统、分选软件系统等部分,其工作流程是先由振动给料机进行给料,通过X射线透射技术对矿石进行检测,再由基于深度学习的X射线TDI成像图像处理算法对钨矿石进行识别,最后由高速执行机构来完成对矿石的分选。经工业应用证明,与市场同类产品相比,该分选机效果优良,能有效代替人工和优化全磨全选工艺,降低企业生产成本。 Aiming at the problems of low efficiency of traditional manual tungsten beneficiation and high cost of full grinding and full selection,an intelligent ray ore separator was designed and developed to replace manual beneficiation and optimize the full grinding and full selection process.The separator mainly includes a feeding system,irradiation detection system,core processing system,sorting execution system,sorting software system,etc.The work flow is as follows:firstly,the vibrating feeder feeds the ore,and the ore is detected through dual-energy X-ray transmission technology,then the dual-energy X-ray imaging dual-energy image processing algorithm based on deep learning identifies the tungsten ore,and finally the high-speed actuator finishes the ore sorting.The industrial application proves that,compared with similar products in the market,the sorting machine has excellent effect,can effectively replace manual labor and optimize the whole grinding and separation process,and reduce the production cost of the enterprise.
