摘要
玉米酒糟是制酒工业的废弃物,富含氮、磷、B族维生素和生长素,是食用菌栽培中一种潜在的低成本原料。以添加玉米酒糟代替部分米糠的新配方与常规配方进行真姬菇工厂化栽培试验,对两个配方栽培的菌丝生长情况,以及子实体产量、外观品质和生物转化率等出菇性状进行比较。结果,玉米酒糟的添加不仅不影响真姬菇菌丝生长及子实体的朵形、色泽、出菇均匀性和菌柄长度,而且能够促进菌盖直径和菌柄直径的增大,显著提高产量和生物转化率。
Corn distiller's grains,a waste of the wine industry,is rich in nitrogen,phosphorus,B vitamins and auxin,can be used as a potential low-cost raw material of edible mushrooms cultivation.In this paper,corn distiller's grains was evaluated as nitrogen source,partially replaced rice bran(11.87%,w/w)by mycelial growth,yield,biological efficiency and appearance quality.The results showed that the addtion of corn distiller's grains can enhance yield,biological efficiency,cap diameter and stipe diameter,and did not affect the mycelial growth,uniformity of fruiting body,fruiting-body shape,color,and the length of stipe.This result indicated that the corn distiller's grains was a novel nitrogen-source raw material for industrialized cultivation of Hypsizygus marmoreus.
