抗病高产优质平菇菌株的筛选
Screening of disease resistant,high yield and high quality strains of Pleurotus ostreatus
摘要
黄斑病是平菇出菇期最为常见、传播性极强的一种细菌性病害,为筛选抗黄斑病、高产优良平菇菌株,以25个平菇菌株为材料,通过平板对峙培养实验和出菇抗病性测定,筛选出7个具有较强抗黄斑病能力的抗病菌株;通过栽培出菇试验比较子实体农艺性状和产量,选出1株菌丝抗逆性强、子实体抗黄斑病、生物学效率高,农艺性状表现良好的菌株XKPL014。
