三七消痔栓联合手术切除治疗Ⅰ~Ⅱ期内痔临床研究

Clinical Study of Sanqi Xiaozhi Suppository Combined with Surgical Resection in the Treatment of StageⅠ-ⅡInternal Hemorrhoids

目的探讨三七消痔栓联合手术切除治疗Ⅰ~Ⅱ期内痔的临床疗效,以及对患者症状和生活质量评分的影响。方法选取医院2015年6月至2020年6月收治的内痔患者108例,按随机抽签法分为观察组和对照组,各54例。两组患者均予手术切除治疗,观察组患者术后加用三七消痔栓,共治疗3周。结果观察组总有效率为90.74%,显著高于对照组的81.48%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者便血、疼痛、脱出、溃疡评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者炎性因子超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1)、前列腺素E(2 PGE2)水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者各项生活质量(生理健康、心理健康、周围环境、社会功能)评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组患者治疗期间的药品不良反应发生率相当(11.11%比14.81%,P>0.05)。结论三七消痔栓联合手术切除治疗内痔的效果良好,能改善患者的便血、疼痛、脱出、溃疡症状,降低机体炎性因子水平,提高生活质量,且治疗安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Sanqi Xiaozhi Suppository combined with surgical resection in the treatment of stageⅠ-Ⅱinternal hemorrhoids,and its effect on the symptom score and quality of life score of patients.Methods A total of 108 patients with internal hemorrhoids admitted to the hospital from June 2015 to June 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random lottery method,with 54 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were treated with surgical resection,on this basis,patients in the observation group were treated with Sanqi Xiaozhi Suppository after the surgery.Both groups were treated for three weeks.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 90.74%,which was significantly higher than 81.48%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of hematochezia,pain,prolapse and ulcer in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors such as high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1)and prostaglandin E2(PGE2)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the quality of life(physical health,mental health,surrounding environment and social function)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,the incidence of the adverse drug reactions in the observation group was similar to that in the control group(11.11%vs.14.81%,P>0.05).Conclusion Sanqi Xiaozhi Suppository combined with surgical resection is effective and safe in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids,which can improve the symptoms of hematochezia,pain,prolapse and ulcer,decrease the level of inflammatory factors,and improve the quality of life.
