四君子汤用于胃癌根治术后的效果及对免疫功能的影响

Efficacy of Sijunzi Decoction and Its Effect on Immune Function of Patients After Radical Gastrectomy for Gastric Cancer

目的探讨四君子汤应用于胃癌根治术后的效果,以及对患者免疫功能的影响。方法回顾性分析医院2018年1月至2021年1月收治的行胃癌根治术治疗患者105例,根据术后治疗方案的不同分为观察组(53例)和对照组(52例)。对照组患者术后给予常规化学治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用四君子汤,均以3周为1个治疗周期,共治疗3个周期。结果观察组客观缓解率为75.47%、疾病控制率为88.68%,分别显著高于对照组的55.77%和73.08%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者脘腹饱胀、脘部积块、黑便、消瘦等中医证候积分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者肝肠钙黏蛋白17、膜联蛋白A7、基质金属蛋白酶2水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者T淋巴细胞亚群 CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)均显著高于对照组,CD_(8)^(+)显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组治疗期间药品不良反应发生率相当(16.98%比11.54%,P>0.05)。结论四君子汤用于胃癌根治术后疗效良好,可改善患者的中医证候,降低生物标记蛋白水平,提高免疫功能,且治疗安全性较好。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Sijunzi Decoction and its effect on the immune function of patients after radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis was adopted.A total of 105 patients underwent radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected and divided into the observation group(53 cases)and the control group(52 cases)according to the different postoperative treatment schemes.The patients in the control group were treated with routine chemotherapy after operation,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were treated with Sijunzi Decoction.Both groups were treated for three cycles with three weeks as a cycle.Results The objective remission rate(ORR)and disease control rate(DCR)in the observation group were 75.47%and 88.68%respectively,which were significantly higher than 55.77%and 73.08%respectively in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes such as abdominal fullness,abdominal mass,black stool and emaciation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of LI-cadherin,annexin A7 and matrix metalloproteinase-2 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of T lymphocyte subsets CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the level of CD_(8)^(+)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,the incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was similar to that in the control group(16.98%vs.11.54%,P>0.05).Conclusion Sijunzi Decoction is effective and safe in the treatment of patients after radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer,which can improve the TCM syndromes,decrease the levels of biomarker protein and improve the immune functions of patients.
