摘要
为了分析和把握钦州市水资源承载能力水平及近年演变趋势,通过建立水资源系统、社会经济系统、生态环境系统3个准则层及14个指标层的水资源承载能力评价体系,利用熵权-TOPSIS模型对钦州市2012-2019年8年间水资源承载能力水平进行动态评价。综合评价表明:钦州市水资源承载能力水平总体中等偏好,表现出总体上升的趋势。随着近年来钦州市社会发展及经济建设、生态治理水平的提高,社会经济系统与生态环境系统与水资源变化趋势吻合较好。水资源系统由于降雨、水资源总量等自然条件的变化,对水资源承载力具有一定的影响,这对钦州市水利工程建设提出了更高的要求。
In order to analyze and understand the carrying capacity level and evolution trend of water resources in Qinzhou City in recent years,a dynamic evaluation system of water resources carrying capacity in Qinzhou City from 2012 to 2019 has been established,including three criteria layers and 14 index layers of water resources system,socio-economic system and ecological environment system,and the Entropy TOPSIS model was utilized.The comprehensive evaluation shows that the overall level of water resources carrying capacity in Qinzhou is medium-high,showing an overall upward trend.With the improvement of social development,economic construction and ecological management in Qinzhou City in recent years,the social economic and ecological environment system corresponds better with the trend of water resources.Due to the changes of natural conditions such as rainfall precipitation and total amount of water resources,water resources system has impact on the carrying capacity to a certain extent,which leads to higher requirements for water conservancy projects construction in Qinzhou City.
