经尿道输尿管软镜下钬激光切开内引流术治疗肾盂旁囊肿的临床疗效分析

Analysis of the clinical efficacy of transurethral ureteroscopic holmium laser incision and internal drainage in the treatment of parapelvic cysts

目的 分析肾盂旁囊肿应用经尿道输尿管软镜下钬激光切开内引流术治疗的临床效果。方法 60例肾盂旁囊肿患者为研究对象,依据抽签分组法分为比对组与研究组,各30例。研究组患者采用经尿道输尿管软镜下钬激光切开内引流术治疗,比对组患者应用腹腔镜下肾盂旁囊肿去顶减压术治疗。对比两组患者临床指标及术后感染发生情况。结果 研究组手术时间(40.24±14.93)min、通气时间(1.24±0.41)d、术后住院时间(5.21±1.62)d、下床时间(1.02±0.33)d均短于比对组的(65.93±16.88)min、(1.55±0.64)d、(6.45±0.64)d、(1.43±0.64)d,术中出血量(18.63±7.72)ml少于比对组的(100.61±16.52)ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后感染发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 肾盂旁囊肿应用经尿道输尿管软镜下钬激光切开内引流术治疗的临床效果理想,患者术后恢复速度较快。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of transurethral ureteroscopic holmium laser incision and internal drainage in the treatment of parapelvic cysts.Methods A total of 60 patients with parapelvic cysts were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into comparison group and research group according to the method of drawing lots,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the research group were treated with flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser incision and internal drainage,and patients in the control group were treated with laparoscopic renal cyst decortication.The clinical indicators and occurrence of postoperative infection of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time(40.24±14.93)min,ventilation time(1.24±0.41)d,postoperative hospitalization time(5.21±1.62)d,and off-bed activity time(1.02±0.33)d in the research group were all shorter than(65.93±16.88)min,(1.55±0.64)d,(6.45±0.64)d,and(1.43±0.64)d in the comparison group,and the intraoperative blood loss(18.63±7.72)ml was less than(100.61±16.52)ml in the comparison group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of postoperative infection between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of transurethral ureteroscopic holmium laser incision and internal drainage in the treatment of parapelvic cysts is ideal,and the patients recover quickly after surgery.
