血糖检验和尿糖检验在糖尿病患者中的检测价值分析

Value analysis of blood glucose and urine glucose test in diabetes mellitus patients

目的 分析血糖、尿糖检验在糖尿病患者中的价值。方法 64例糖尿病患者,通过随机抽样方式分为常规组和研究组,每组32例。常规组患者进行尿糖检验,研究组患者进行血糖检验。比较两组患者糖尿病检出率,检测满意度;对常规组不同尿糖检验结果患者的血糖水平进行检测,分析空腹血糖和尿糖检测结果的关系。结果 研究组糖尿病检出率96.88%(31/32)高于常规组的81.25%(26/32),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常规组患者的检测总满意度为96.88%(31/32),研究组患者的检测总满意度为100.00%(32/32),两组患者的检测总满意度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随着空腹血糖水平的升高,尿糖水平也明显升高,空腹血糖和尿糖检测结果呈正相关(r=0.629,P<0.05)。结论 糖尿病患者使用血糖和尿糖进行检验均可得到满意的检验效果,但血糖检出率更高,更具检验优势。

Objective To analyze the value of blood glucose and urine glucose test in diabetes mellitus patients.Methods A total of 64 patients with diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into conventional group and research group,with 32 cases in each group.Patients in the conventional group were tested for urine glucose,and patients in the research group were tested for blood glucose.The positive detection rate of blood glucose and the test satisfaction were compared between the two groups.The blood glucose levels of patients with different urine glucose test results in the conventional group were tested to analyze the correlation between fasting blood glucose and urine glucose test results.Results The detection rate of diabetes mellitus 96.88%(31/32)in the research group was higher than 81.25%(26/32)in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction in the conventional group was 96.88%(31/32),and that in the research group was 100.00%(32/32).There was no statistically significant difference in the total satisfaction of the two groups(P>0.05).With the increase of fasting blood glucose level,urine glucose level also increased significantly,and fasting blood glucose and urine glucose test results were positively correlated(r=0.629,P<0.05).Conclusion Satisfactory results can be obtained by using blood glucose and urine glucose test for diabetes mellitus patients,but the detection rate of blood glucose is higher and has more advantages in testing.
