天丹通络胶囊治疗脑血栓形成恢复期患者的疗效观察

Observation of efficacy of Tiandan Tongluo capsule in the treatment of patients with cerebral thrombosis in convalescent phase

目的 观察天丹通络胶囊治疗脑血栓形成(CT)恢复期患者的临床疗效。方法 120例脑血栓形成恢复期患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组60例。对照组采用硝苯地平缓释片或缬沙坦胶囊、阿司匹林肠溶片及阿托伐他汀钙治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用天丹通络胶囊治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后平均动脉压、血糖、血脂及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、日常生活活动能力评分(BI评分)。结果 治疗前,两组NIHSS、BI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组NIHSS、BI评分均优于治疗前,且治疗组NIHSS评分(15.71±1.78)分、BI评分(78.10±22.90)分优于对照组的(17.25±2.36)、(65.00±20.40)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、空腹血糖及平均动脉压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和平均动脉压均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 脑血栓形成恢复期应用天丹通络胶囊治疗能有效降低患者血脂和血压水平,神经功能缺损情况及日常生活活动能力改善明显,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Tiandan Tongluo capsule in the treatment of patients with cerebral thrombosis(CT)in convalescent phase.Methods A total of 120 patients with cerebral thrombosis in convalescent phase were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nifedipine sustained-release tablets or valsartan capsules,aspirin enteric-coated tablets and atorvastatin calcium,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Tiandan Tongluo capsules on the basis of the control group.The mean arterial pressure,blood glucose,blood lipids,National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,and Barthel index(BI)score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in NIHSS score and BI score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score and BI score of the two groups were better than those of this group before treatment,and the NIHSS score(15.71±1.78)points and the BI score(78.10±22.90)points of the treatment group were better than(17.25±2.36)and(65.00±20.40)points of the control group.All the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in total cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,fasting blood glucose and mean arterial pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the total cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and mean arterial pressure in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tiandan Tongluo capsule can effectively reduce blood lipid and blood pressure of elderly patients with cerebral thrombosis in the convalescent phase,and obvious improve the neurological deficit and activities of daily living,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
