瑞舒伐他汀联合门冬胰岛素治疗糖尿病肾病的价值分析

Analysis of the value of rosuvastatin combined with insulin aspart in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy

目的 讨论瑞舒伐他汀联合门冬胰岛素治疗糖尿病肾病的临床价值。方法 94例糖尿病肾病患者,通过随机自愿原则分为观察组和对照组,每组47例。对照组患者餐前30 min皮下注射门冬胰岛素注射液治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、肾功能指标和血糖水平。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率91.49%高于对照组的68.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者尿素氮(6.54±1.24)mmol/L、血肌酐(62.33±8.61)μmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(9.36±1.85)mmol/L、空腹血糖(6.13±0.42)mmol/L均低于对照组的(8.33±2.04)mmol/L、(79.32±8.74)μmol/L、(11.86±2.33)mmol/L、(7.32±0.54)mmol/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将瑞舒伐他汀联合门冬胰岛素应用在糖尿病肾病患者的治疗中可以提升整体的疗效,并能更显著改善患者的血糖水平和肾功能指标,值得推荐。

Objective To discuss the clinical value of rosuvastatin combined with insulin aspart in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 94 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with subcutaneous injection of insulin aspart 30 min before meals,and the observation group was treated with rosuvastatin calcium tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,renal function indexes and blood glucose levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 91.49%in the observation group was higher than 68.09%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood urinary nitrogen(6.54±1.24)mmol/L,serum creatinine(62.33±8.61)μmol/L,2 h postprandial blood glucose(9.36±1.85)mmol/L,and fasting blood glucose(6.13±0.42)mmol/L in observation group were lower than(8.33±2.04)mmol/L,(79.32±8.74)μmol/L,(11.86±2.33)mmol/L,and(7.32±0.54)mmol/L in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of rosuvastatin combined with insulin aspart in the treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy can improve the overall therapeutic effect,and can significantly improve the blood glucose level and renal function indicators of patients,which is worth recommending.
