摘要
总结了1例腹部多次术后肠瘘并腹壁植皮患者的护理经验。护理要点主要包括:植皮后肠瘘的护理、保证植皮皮片的存活、植皮区微小肠空气瘘的处理及植皮创面的护理、营养支持护理、个体化心理支持护理、功能锻炼指导。经护理,患者5处肠瘘口及肠空气瘘自行愈合,顺利从全静脉营养过渡到完全肠内营养,营养状况得到改善。
The nursing experience of a patient with intestinal fistula and abdominal wall skin grafting after multiple abdominal operations was summarized.The main points of nursing mainly include:nursing of intestinal fistula after skin grafting,ensuring the survival of skin graft,treatment of small intesti nal air fistula in skin grafting area and nursing of skin graft ing wound,nutritional support nursing,individualized psychological support nursing,and functional exercise guidance.After nursing,5 intestinal fistulas and intestinal air fistulas healed spontaneously,and the patient successfully transitioned from total intravenous nutrition to complete enteral nutrition,and the nutritional st atus was improved.
