显微镜下MIS-TLIF治疗单节段腰椎退行性病变的效果研究

Microscopic study of mis-TLIF in the treatment of single-level lumbar degenerative disease

目的:研究用显微镜下微创经椎间孔入路椎间融合术(MIS-TLIF)治疗单节段腰椎退行性病变的效果。方法:将兴义市人民医院2020年6月至2021年7月收治的98例单节段腰椎退行性病变患者作为研究对象。采用随机分组法将这些患者均分为TLIF组和MIS-TLIF组。为TLIF组患者采用常规的经椎间孔入路椎间融合术(TLIF)进行治疗,为MIS-TLIF组患者采用MIS-TLIF进行治疗,然后对比两组患者的手术指标和康复情况。结果:TLIF组患者治疗的总有效率为95.92%,MIS-TLIF组患者治疗的总有效率为97.96%。两组患者治疗的总有效率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。MIS-TLIF组患者手术中的出血量明显少于TLIF组患者,其术后住院的时长明显短于TLIF组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用显微镜下MIS-TLIF对单节段腰椎退行性病变患者进行治疗可取得较为理想的效果。

Objective:To study the effect of microscopically minimally invasive transforaminal interbody fusion(MIS-TLIF)in the treatment of single-level lumbar degenerative diseases.Methods:A total of 98 patients with single-level lumbar degenerative diseases admitted to Xingyi People’s Hospital from June 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the study subjects.These patients were randomly divided into TLIF group and MIS-TLIF group.Patients in the TLIF group were treated with conventional transforaminal approach interbody fusion(TLIF),and patients in the MIS-TLIF group were treated with MIS-TLIF,and then the surgical indicators and recovery of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 95.92%in TLIF group and 97.96%in MIS-TLIF group.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between 2 groups(P>0.05).The amount of blood loss in the MIS-TLIF group was significantly less than that in the TLIF group,and the length of postoperative hospitalization was significantly shorter than that in the TLIF group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mis-TLIF can be used to treat single-level lumbar degenerative disease under microscope.
