5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗尖锐湿疣的效果分析

Effect analysis of photodynamic therapy with 5-aminophenolvalic acid on condyloma acuminatum

目的:探讨用5-氨基酮戊酸光动力(ALA-PDT)疗法治疗尖锐湿疣(CA)的效果。方法:选择灵川县人民医院接诊的210例CA患者作为试验对象,其入组时间为2017年9月至2021年7月。随机将其分为比对组和干预组,每组各有患者105例。比对组患者接受临床常规治疗,干预组患者在比对组的基础上采用ALA-PDT疗法进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、人乳头瘤病毒DNA(HPV-DNA)载量、血清炎性因子的水平及病情的复发率。结果:干预组患者治疗的总有效率高于比对组患者,治疗后其HPV-DNA载量和血清白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的水平均低于比对组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月内,干预组患者病情的复发率低于比对组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对CA患者进行常规治疗的基础上,采用ALA-PDT疗法对其进行治疗能显著提高其疗效,减轻其机体的炎症反应,降低其HPV-DNA载量和病情的复发率。

Objective:To investigate the effect of 5-aminophenolvalic acid photodynamic therapy(ALA-PDT)in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum(CA).Methods:210 patients with CA treated in Lingchuan County People’s Hospital were selected as subjects,and their enrollment time was from September 2017 to July 2021.They were randomly divided into comparison group and intervention group,with 105 patients in each group.Patients in the comparison group received conventional clinical treatment,and patients in the intervention group received ALA-PDT therapy on the basis of comparison group.Clinical efficacy,human papillomavirus DNA(HPV-DNA)load,serum inflammatory factors and disease recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the intervention group was higher than that in the comparison group,and the LOAD of HPV-DNA and the levels of serum interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were lower than that in the comparison group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Within 3 months after treatment,the recurrence rate of patients in the intervention group was lower than that in the comparison group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions:AlA-PDT therapy on the basis of conventional treatment for CA patients can significantly improve the efficacy,reduce the body’s inflammatory response,reduce the LOAD of HPV-DNA and disease recurrence rate.
