丁苯酞软胶囊联合盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗血管性痴呆的效果研究

Effect of butylphthalide soft capsule combined with Donepezil hydrochloride tablets on vascular dementia

目的:研究用丁苯酞软胶囊联合盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗血管性痴呆的效果。方法:选择重庆三峡医药高等专科学校附属人民医院2018年7月至2020年7月期间收治的100例血管性痴呆患者作为试验对象。样本选择完毕后,按照随机数表法对其进行分组,其中常模组和讨论组中均各有患者50例。用盐酸多奈哌齐片对常模组患者进行治疗,讨论组患者在此基础上加用丁苯酞软胶囊进行治疗。比较两组患者的疗效及各项临床指标。结果:讨论组患者治疗的总有效率高于常模组患者,治疗后其日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分、简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分均高于常模组患者,其焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于常模组患者,P<0.05。两组患者治疗期间不良反应的发生率相比,P>0.05。结论:用丁苯酞软胶囊联合盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗血管性痴呆的效果显著,能有效改善患者的认知功能、日常生活能力及负面情绪。

Objective:To study the effect of soft butylphthalide capsule combined with Donepezil hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of vascular dementia.Methods:a total of 100 patients with vascular dementia admitted to the Affiliated People’s Hospital of Chongqing Three Gorges Medical College from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected as subjects.After the samples were selected,they were divided into groups according to the random number table method,and there were 50 patients in both the norm group and the discussion group.Patients in the normal group were treated with Donepezil hydrochloride tablets,and patients in the discussion group were treated with butylphthalide soft capsules on this basis.The efficacy and clinical indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:the discussion group total effective rate of treatment is higher than norm group of patients,treatment after its daily life activities ability scale(ADL)score,simple intelligence scale for mental state examination(MMSE)score were higher than norm group of patients,and self-evaluation of their anxiety scale(SAS)score,depression self rating scale(SDS)score were lower than the norm group of patients,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in 2 groups during treatment was compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:Soft butylphthalide capsule combined with Donepezil hydrochloride tablets is effective in the treatment of vascular dementia,which can effectively improve the cognitive function,daily living ability and negative emotions of patients.
