自拟补肾壮骨汤联合西药治疗肝肾亏虚型膝关节骨性关节炎的效果探讨

Effect of bushen Zhuanggu Decoction combined with Western medicine on knee osteoarthritis with deficiency of liver and kidney

目的:研究用自拟补肾壮骨汤联合西药治疗肝肾亏虚型膝关节骨性关节炎的效果。方法:选取2019年7月至2021年8月揭阳市揭东区云路镇卫生院门诊接诊的66例肝肾亏虚型膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为试验对象。按照随机数表法将其分为常模组和研讨组。用西药对常模组33例患者进行治疗,研讨组33例患者在常模组的基础上加用自拟补肾壮骨汤进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、Harris评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及36项健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)评分。结果:研讨组患者治疗的总有效率为96.97%,常模组患者治疗的总有效率为81.82%,组间相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研讨组患者的Harris评分和SF-36评分均高于常模组患者,其VAS评分低于常模组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用自拟补肾壮骨汤联合西药治疗肝肾亏虚型膝关节骨性关节炎的效果显著,能有效缓解患者的膝关节疼痛,改善其膝关节的功能,提高其生活质量。

Objective:To study the effect of bushen Zhuanggu Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of knee joint osteoarthritis with liver and kidney deficiency.Methods:From July 2019 to August 2021,66 patients with knee osteoarthritis with liver and kidney deficiency in yunlu Town Health Center of Jieyang City were selected as the test subjects.According to the random number table method,they are divided into the norm group and the seminar group.33 patients in the normal group were treated with western medicine,and 33 patients in the discussion group were treated with self-drafted tonifying kidney zhuanggu decoction on the basis of the normal group.Clinical efficacy,Harris score,visual analog scale(VAS)score and 36-item health status questionnaire(SF-36)score were compared between 2 groups.Results:The total effective rate of the discussion group was 96.97%,and the total effective rate of the normal group was 81.82%,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Harris score and SF-36 score of the discussion group were higher than those of the norm group,while the VAS score was lower than that of the norm group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-made Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction combined with Western medicine has a significant effect on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with liver and kidney deficiency,which can effectively relieve the pain of knee joint,improve the function of knee joint and improve the quality of life.
