摘要
在我国石化产业规模化、集群化发展背景下,国有大型石化企业在人才资源富集和使用等方面面临巨大挑战。文章提出以人力资源系统性开发为主线的解决思路,结合企业管理实践,对产业集聚背景下国有大型石化企业人力资源开发转型进行了探索性研究,有助于国有大型石化企业在产业竞争不断加剧的环境下持续增强核心竞争力。
Under the background of petrochemical industry scale and cluster development,state-owned large-scale petrochemical enterprises are facing huge challenges in human resource enrichment and use.This paper puts forward a solution with talent resource systematic development as the mainline,and combining with enterprise management practice,carries out exploratory research on human resource development transformation for state-owned large-scale petrochemical enterprises under the background of industrial agglomeration,helping state-owned large-scale petrochemical enterprises continuously enhance core competitiveness in the environment that industrial competition has been continuously aggravating.
