Artificial intelligence,as a new generation of cross-border technology,is providing new opportunities for environmental law and order with its powerful vocabulary capture,common categorization and unique algorithmic logic and analysis capabilities.In the application of environmental law,there are many obstacles due to the inconsistent standards of damage determination,unclear scope of compensation,and difficult quantification of compensation amount.Taking the technical advantages of the iterative development of artificial intelligence,the environmental rule of law has seen a positive development in the construction of the technical recognition standard platform,the reliance on judicial big data to clarify the scope of compensation,and the introduction of computer models to quantify the amount of compensation.As can be expected,the continuous development of artificial intelligence will play a more substantially enabling role in promoting the environmental rule of law and human-computer synergy in the judgment of cases of the same kind.
