CFRP钢管混凝土短柱高温力学性能分析 被引量:1

摘要 基于ABAQUS有限元软件,采用顺序热力耦合方法,对两种不同尺寸的方形CFRP(碳纤维复合材料)钢管混凝土短柱模型进行截面温度场分析、变形破坏分析以及应力-应变关系分析,结果表明,由于混凝土的热惰性,增大截面尺寸可以很好地减缓温度传递。温度低于300℃时,温度对应力-应变曲线和挠度变形的影响不大,力学性能保持良好。当温度继续上升,两短柱的应力-应变关系曲线均有明显下降。当温度超过800℃,两短柱的挠度激增,失去承载能力。 Based on ABAQUS finite element software,the section temperature field analysis,stress-strain relationship and deformation failure analysis of two square CFRP(carbon fiber reinforced polyme)concrete-filled steel tubular short column models with different sizes are carried out by using the sequential thermal mechanical coupling method.The results show that due to the thermal inertia of concrete,Increasing the section size can well slow down the temperature transfer.When the temperature is lower than 300℃,the temperature has little effect on the stress-strain curve and deflection deformation,and the mechanical properties remain good.When the temperature continues to rise,the corresponding stress-strain curve decreases obviously,and the stress does not rise with the increase of strain.When the temperature exceeds 800℃,the deflection and deformation surge and lose the bearing capacity.
