工装用液压夹具设计方案

工装用液压夹具主要用于铆工工件组装过程中,由机械装卡代替人工组装,装卡方便,提高生产效率和产品质量,从根本上减少人工成本,主要由千斤顶、液压动力站、液压控制阀等组成。一套液压动力站根据工作需要可以连接2~4个千斤顶,千斤顶可实现单独动作,动作顺序为顶出—停止—退回—停止。动作操控为电动式操控,方便在实际操作中有效调节所需距离。

The hydraulic fixture is mainly used in the assembly process of riveting workpieces,which is assembled by mechanical clamp instead of manual assembly,which is convenient to install,improve production efficiency and product quality,and fundamentally reduce labor cost.It is mainly composed of Jack,hydraulic power station,hydraulic control valve and so on.A set of hydraulic power station can connect 2~4 jacks according to the working needs,and the jacks can act separately,and the action order is as follows:push-out-stop-return-stop.The action control is electric control,which is convenient to effectively adjust the required distance in the actual operation.
