“三全育人”视角下高校“00后”学生干部任职消极心理现象初探

A Preliminary Study on the Negative Psychological Phenomenon of“Post-00s”Student Cadres in Col⁃leges and Universities from the Perspective of“Three Aspects of Education”

高校学生干部是高校开展育人工作以及学生进行自我教育、自我管理、自我服务的中坚力量,也是保证学生教育管理工作顺利开展的重要参与者。但当前不少高校“00后”学生干部却存有任职消极心理。文章基于“三全育人”视角,对高校“00后”学生干部任职消极心理的主要表现、产生原因、应对策略进行分析,旨在为高校学生干部队伍的有效建设以及高校学生管理工作的有序开展提供参考。

College student cadres are the backbone of college education and students’self-education,selfmanagement and self-service,as well as the important participants to ensure the smooth completion of student education and management.However,at present,there is a widespread negative psychology in many“post-00s”college student cadres.Based on the perspective of“three aspects of education”,this paper analyzes the main manifestations,causes and countermeasures of the negative psychology of“post-00s”college student cadres,in order to provide reference for the cultivation and construction of college student cadres and the orderly develop⁃ment of college student management.
