论当前普通高校汉语国际教育人才的价值实现问题

On the Value Realization of Talents for Chinese International Education in Current Colleges and Univer⁃sities

随着“一带一路”建设的实施,汉语国际教育事业的发展进入一个新时期,有机遇也有挑战。汉语国际教育专业人才价值的实现正是需要面对的挑战之一,尤其是非重点普通高校更要积极主动地去面对挑战所带来的问题。要让汉语国际教育专业人才真正通过人才价值实现来为对外汉语教育事业做出贡献,一方面要靠国家和社会从侧面来促进该项事业的发展,为该专业人才价值实现提供更多的资源和机会;另一方面要靠高校自身不断提升该专业人才培养质量,从实用化、应用化的角度切实使该专业人才具备更强的就业实力。

With the implementation of the“Belt and Road”construction,the development of Chinese interna⁃tional education has entered a new era,in which there are both opportunities and challenges.The realization of the value of talents for Chinese international education is one of the challenges that need to be faced.Especially,non-key colleges and universities should take the initiative to face the problems brought about by the challenge.In order for the talents for Chinese international education to truly contribute to the cause of Chinese international education through the realization of their value,on the one hand,it is necessary to rely on the country and society to promote the development of this cause and provide more resources for the realization of the value of them.On the other hand,it is necessary to rely on the colleges and universities themselves to continuously improve the training quality of the talents,and strengthen their competitiveness in employment from the perspective of practi⁃cality and application.
