高职院校“三进一融”思想导师网络主流意识形态引导策略

网络文化因渗透性强、开放程度高和传播速度快,成为网络意识形态安全的最大“变量”。通过理性审视高职网络意识形态工作的现状,在“三进一融”育人模式的背景下,赋予学校党政干部和思政课教师以“思想导师”的新身份来开展思想引领工作,化“变量”为弘扬主流意识形态的“增量”,让新时代的主旋律在高职院校奏出更强音。

Because of its strong penetration,high degree of openness and high spreading speed,Internet culture has become the biggest“variable”of ideological security on the Internet.By rationally examining the current sta⁃tus of ideological work on the Internet in higher vocational colleges,under the background of the“three entries and one integration”education model,Party and administration cadres and ideological and political teachers of higher vocational colleges are given a new identity as“ideological mentors”to carry out ideological guidance work,in order to turn“variables”into“increments”that promote mainstream ideology,so that the main theme of the new era will play a stronger voice in higher vocational colleges.
