产学研合作如何赋能民营企业高质量创新

How the Combination of Industry,University and Research Empowers Private Enterprises to Innovate with High Quality

为持续激励企业研发,实现企业高质量创新,深入分析产学研合作对民营企业高质量创新发展的影响,本文利用2018年江苏省规模以上民营企业的调查数据,实证研究产学研合作与民营企业创新质量之间的关系,并引入内部研发水平和政府补助强度变量进行分析。研究结果表明:产学研合作对提升企业创新质量具有显著的促进作用。产学研合作模式中,共建研发机构、共建学科专业和开展项目合作均能显著提高民营企业的创新质量。进一步分析发现,企业内部研发水平和政府补助强度均负向调节了产学研合作对企业创新质量的促进作用。

In order to continuously stimulate enterprise R&D,achieve high-quality innovation,and deeply analyze the impact of industry-university-research cooperation on high-quality innovation development of private enterprises,based on the survey data of private enterprises above scale in Jiangsu Province in 2018,this paper empirically studies the relationship between industry-university-research cooperation and innovation quality of private enterprises,and introduces internal R&D level and government subsidy intensity variables to adjust.The results show that industry-university-research cooperation plays a significant role in improving the quality of enterprise innovation.In the mode of industry-university-research cooperation,co-building R&D institutions,co-building disciplines and carrying out project cooperation can significantly improve the innovation quality of private enterprises.Further analysis shows that the level of R&D within enterprises and the intensity of government subsidies negatively regulate the role of industry-university-research cooperation in promoting the quality of enterprise innovation.
