摘要
以全尺寸飞机增压试验充放气控制过程为研究对象,引入基于迭代学习的非线性压力控制器,利用AMESim仿真软件建立增压试验控制器模型,并通过典型的气密舱充放气动作对控制器进行仿真验证。结果表明,与常规PID控制器相比,基于迭代学习的增压试验控制器在压力收敛速度、稳态精度等方面具有明显优势,充气过程中超调量较小,有利于保护试验件安全及降低试验风险,能够为结构强度试验工程应用提供技术储备。
Taking the control process of full-scale aircraft inflation test as the research object,the nonlinear pressure controller based on iterative learning is introduced.The inflation test controller model is established by using AMESim simulation software,and the controller is simulated and verified by a typical airtight cabin inflation and deflation action.The results show that compared with the conventional PID controller,the inflation test controller based on iterative learning has obvious advantage in pressure convergence speed and steady state accuracy,and the overshoot in the inflation process is smaller,which is beneficial to protect the safety of test pieces,and can provide technical reserves for the engineering applications of structural strength test.
