钉孔间隙对复合材料机械连接挤压强度的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对T700级碳纤维增强复合材料层压板,基于Abaqus进行了不同钉孔间隙的单钉双剪挤压数值仿真计算,探究钉孔间隙对复合材料机械连接单钉双剪挤压强度的影响,获取了不同钉孔间隙下复合材料机械连接单钉双剪挤压强度的变化规律。仿真结果表明,T700级碳纤维增强复合材料层压板单钉双剪挤压强度受钉孔间隙的影响较明显。 For T700 carbon fiber reinforced composite laminate,the numerical simulation calculation of single nail and double shear extrusion with different nail hole clearance is carried out based on ABAQUS.The influence of nail hole clearance on the extrusion strength of single nail and double shear of composite mechanical connection is explored,and the variation rules of single nail and double shear extrusion strength of composite mechanical connection under different nail hole clearance is obtained.The simulation results show that the single nail and double shear extrusion strength of T700 carbon fiber reinforced composite laminate is obviously affected by the nail hole clearance.
