《功能性食品与美容保健》课堂教学改革

摘要 目前,我校“双一流”建设正在稳步推进。为培养全面发展的综合型人才,公共选修课程作为通识教育课程的重要组成部分,教学效果也应相应提升。《功能性食品与美容保健》作为我校一门通识选修课,在实际教学中存在着学生兴趣不高、课堂形式单一且枯燥、考核方式存在缺陷等问题,难以达到预期人才培养目标。本文以该课程为例,主要通过对“翻转课堂”教学模式的探索,结合“互联网+”网络教学平台,对课前、课堂、课后及考核方式等提出新思路。 Our university is steadily advancing the construction of"Double First-Class"program.In order to cultivate comprehensive talents with all-round development,the teaching effect of public elective courses,which is an important part of general education courses,should be improved accordingly.As a general elective course in our university,"Functional Food and Beauty Care"has some problems in the actual teaching,e.g.,low interest of students,single and boring classroom form,defects in assessment methods,etc.,which are difficult to achieve the expected talent training goal.Taking this course as an example,this paper mainly explores the teaching mode of"Flipped Classroom",combines the"Internet Plus"network teaching platform,and puts forward new ideas for pre class,classroom teaching,after class and assessment methods.
