金属-有机框架Ce-BTC对中性红的吸附研究

摘要 印染废水的处理一直是当前环境污染的主要问题。其中,材料吸附是解决印染废水污染问题较为可行的方法之一,金属有机框架(MOFs)作为一类新兴的多孔材料已广泛应用于有机染料的吸附去除。以Ce(NO_(3))_(3)·6H_(2)O和均苯三甲酸(H_(3)BTC)为原料,采用水热法制备了Ce-BTC,并应用于模拟废水中中性红的吸附降解能力,系统研究了初始中性红溶液pH值、吸附剂用量以及吸附的时间、温度对吸附率的影响。结果表明:在50℃下用0.2 g的Ce-BTC吸附40 min,中性红吸附率为80.3%。 The treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater has always been the main problem of current environmental pollution.Among them,material adsorption is one of the more feasible methods to solve the problem of printing and dyeing wastewater pollution.Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs),as a new class of porous materials,have been widely used in the adsorption and removal of organic dyes.In this paper,Ce(NO_(3))_(3)·6H_(2)O and trimesic acid(H_(3)BTC)were used as raw materials to prepare Ce-BTC by hydrothermal method,and it was applied to simulate the adsorption and degradation ability of neutral red in wastewater.Effects of pH value of red solution,amount of adsorbent,time and temperature of adsorption on adsorption rate were studied.The results showed that the adsorption rate of neutral red was 80.3%at 50℃ with 0.2 g Ce-BTC for 40 min.
