摘要 临兴区块采用常规马达滑动钻进易产生托压现象,严重制约现场作业效率,造成钻井周期长,钻井成本居高不下。为解决滑动钻进托压问题,针对水力振荡器碟簧参数开展优化设计,优化后的碟簧弹性势能可有效释放,大大提高了水力振荡器效率及寿命,加工测试结果表明工具性能良好。应用该工具进行现场试验与应用,结果表明,采用优化后的水力振荡器与常规马达钻进相比:大钩载荷变化平稳,托压得到解决,减少钻头对地层的轴向冲击,钻头轻微磨损,机械钻速提高36%~106%。该自主化工具在临兴区块首次应用并取得良好效果,大大缩短了钻井周期,提速效果和经济效益显著,为解决滑动钻进托压问题、提速降本增效提供了一定的技术经验。 The use of conventional motor sliding drilling in Linxing block is prone to back pressure,which severely restricts the efficiency of on-site operations,resulting in long drilling cycles and high drilling costs.In order to solve the pressure problem of sliding drilling,an optimized design was carried out for the parameters of the hydraulic oscillator disc spring.The optimized disc spring's elastic potential energy can be effectively released,which greatly improves the efficiency and life of the hydraulic oscillator.The machining test results show that the tool has good performance.The tool was used for field test and application.The results showed that,compared with the conventional motor drilling,the advantages of the optimized hydraulic oscillator were as follows:the hook load was smooth,the back pressure problem has been solved,the axial impact of the drill bit on the formation was reduced,and the drill bit was slightly worn,the ROP increased by 36%~106%.This autonomous tool was applied for the first time in the Linxing block,and good results were achieved,greatly shortening the drilling cycle,and having significant speed-increasing effects and economic benefits.The paper can provide certain technical experience for solving the problem of sliding drilling pressure,increasing speed,reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
