摘要
结合费托合成装置工艺特点以及能耗分布情况,寻找用能不合理的环节,从提高换热效率和余热利用效率、优化流程工艺,提出了现行工况下优化进汽提塔重质油加热效率、轻质油气对进汽提塔轻质油加热、轻质油气ORC余热发电、循环换热分离系统工艺优化等节能降耗优化方案。
Considering the characteristics of the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis plant and the distribution of energy consumption,the unreasonable links of energy consumption were sought.From aspects of improving the heat transfer efficiency,increasing waste heat utilization efficiency,optimizing the plant process,the energy-saving and consumption-reducing optimization schemes were put forward,such as optimizing heating efficiency of heavy oil,generating electricity from ORC waste heat of light oil and gas,heating of light oil by light oil and gas before entering the stripper under current operating conditions,and optimizing the process of circulating heat transfer separation system.
