摘要
ZSM-5择形分子筛作为FCC催化剂中的助剂,因其特殊的孔结构和酸度,可有效增加汽油高辛烷值组分,是提高低碳烯烃收率的关键组分。介绍了催化剂厂择形装置通过完善成胶反应釜出水流程、优化后改性装置流程两项节能降耗措施,取得了一定的成效,全年累计综合能耗降低27.6%,单位成本下降13.2%,对催化剂厂提高产品竞争力具有重要的意义。
As an assistant in FCC catalyst,ZSM-5 shape selective molecular sieve can effectively increase the high octane number components of gasoline because of its special pore structure and acidity.It is a key component to improve the yield of low-carbon olefins.In this paper,two energy-saving measures of improving the outlet flow of the gelling reactor and optimizing the modified device flow of the shape selection device in the catalyst plant were introduced.Some achievements have been achieved.The annual cumulative comprehensive energy consumption has been reduced by 27.6%,and the unit cost has been reduced by 13.2%,which is of great significance for the catalyst factory to improve product competitiveness..
