Optimal Design of Underwater Pelletizing System Equipment for SAN Unit

SAN树脂作为化工生产的重要原料,其生产质量和生产数量影响了化工生产。目前国内生产SAN的方法有两种:本体聚合法和悬浮聚合法。通过分析SAN造粒设备存在的问题,对其进行了三处改造,而后从项目与投资和停车及维修费用两个角度对该改造方案进行经济分析。

As an important raw material for chemical production,the production quality and quantity of SAN resins have an impact on chemical production.At present,there are two methods for domestic production of SAN:ontology polymerization method and suspension polymerization method.In this paper,by analyzing the problems existing in SAN granulation equipment,three transformations were carried out,and then the economic analysis of the transformation scheme was carried out from the perspective of project investment and maintenance costs.
