好氧颗粒污泥SBR系统快速启动影响因素的研究进展

Research Progress in Influencing Factors of Rapid Start-up of Aerobic Granular Sludge SBR System

好氧颗粒污泥是目前污水生物处理领域的研究热点,好氧颗粒污泥的形成是一个涉及物化、生化作用原理的复杂凝聚过程,在适宜的外界条件下会自然形成,并具有独特的优势,如有机负荷含量高和种类丰富多样。综述了接种污泥形式、有机负荷、水力剪切力、SBR系统运行模式和运行周期影响因素对好氧颗粒污泥SBR系统启动的促进。总结了好氧颗粒化污泥SBR系统启动存在问题,并建议进一步开展高效启动与稳定运行的颗粒污泥SBR系统的标准化、形成机理、建立评价指标体系方面的深入研究。

Aerobic granular sludge is a research hotspot in the field of wastewater biological treatment.The formation of aerobic granular sludge is a complex coagulation process involving physicochemical and biochemical principles,which will naturally form under suitable external conditions.In this paper,the promotion of inoculated sludge form,organic load,hydraulic shear force,SBR system operation mode and operation cycle on the start-up of aerobic granular sludge SBR system was summarized.The problems existing in the start-up of aerobic granular sludge SBR system were also summarized,and it was suggested to further carry out in-depth research on the standardization,formation mechanism and establishment of evaluation index system of granular sludge SBR system with efficient start-up and stable operation.
