动车组主断路器转换阀冲击噪声研究

摘要 研究了动车组主断路器转换阀的冲击噪声。首先,运用理论分析与试验方法验证转换阀的冲击噪声是主断路器闭合的主要噪声源,噪声值达99 dB。然后,采用显式动力学与声学边界元方法建立转换阀冲击噪声仿真数学模型并进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明:转换阀瞬态振动响应以自由振动为主,冲击噪声具有明显的方向性。最后,采用橡胶阀垫、阻尼隔震贴片进行降噪处理,试验数据表明最高可取得14 dB的降噪效果。 This paper studies the impact noise of the switch valve of the main circuit breaker in the EMUs.Firstly,using theoretical analysis and test methods,it is verified that the impact noise of the switch valve is the main noise source of the main circuit breaker closing,and the noise value is 99dB.Then,using explicit dynamics and acoustic boundary element methods,a mathematical model for the impact noise simulation of the switching valve is established and the simulation analysis is carried out.The simulation results show that the transient vibration response of the switching valve is dominated by free vibration,and the impact noise has obvious directivity.Finally,rubber valve cushions and damping shock isolation patches are used for noise reduction.The test data proves that the noise reduction effect of up to 14dB can be achieved.
