AutoForm是冲压制造领域应用非常广泛的一款软件,利用AutoForm对固定支架的毛坯外形展开计算并初步进行排样设计,再根据实际生产条状板料的规格尺寸设定合适的工件间距,优化排样方式,提高模具寿命,确保产品质量。结果表明:AutoForm模拟计算的结果与实际生产的排样结果相符。研究结果对于同类型零件的排样设计具有一定的参考价值。

AutoForm is a software widely used in the field of stamping manufacturing and can be used to calculate the blank shape of fixed support and conduct preliminary layout design.The appropriate workpiece spacing was set based on the specification and dimensions of the actual strip sheet to optimize the layout design,which can improve the mold service life and ensure the product quality.The result shows that the simulation results of AutoForm are consistent with the actual layout results.The research results can be used as a certain reference for layout design of the same type of parts.
