摘要
以某型船用柴油机缸盖作为研究对象,分析缸盖内冷却水路是否满足生产要求。首先运用SolidWorks对检测站进行三维建模,并运用ANSYS软件对所设计检测站的重要结构进行有限元分析。通过以上研究工作,为缸盖低压检测提供了自动化的检测平台。
This paper takes the cylinder head of a marine diesel engine as the research object,and studies whether the cooling water path in the cylinder head meets the production requirements.The three-dimensional modeling of the detection station is carried out by using SolidWorks,and the important structure of the designed detection station is analyzed by using ANSYS software.Through the above research work,an automatic detection platform is provided for the low pressure detection of cylinder head.
