分拣机L型摆臂的静动态特性分析及结构优化 被引量:1

摘要 为提高芯片分拣机的分拣精度,以L型摆臂为研究对象,使用ANSYS Workbench软件对其进行瞬态动力学分析及分选位置的静动态特性分析。根据静动态特性分析结果,以减轻摆臂质量并提高摆臂的静刚度为目标,对摆臂进行拓扑优化和尺寸优化,根据优化结果并结合实际工作情况对摆臂结构进行了改进。对比摆臂结构优化前后的分析结果可知:优化后的摆臂质量减少了26%,等效应力减少了39%,分选位置处的振动幅值降低了51%,静刚度得到了提高,达到了优化目的,为L型摆臂的结构改进提供了一种思路。 In order to improve the sorting accuracy of the chip sorting machine,the L-shaped swing arm was taken as the research object,and its transient dynamics analysis and static and dynamic characteristics analysis in the sorting position were carried out by ANSYS Workbench software.According to the analysis results of static and dynamic characteristics,aiming at reducing the mass and improving the static stiffness of the swing arm,topology optimization and size optimization were carried out for the swing arm,and the structure of the swing arm was improved according to the optimization results and combined with the actual work situation.Comparing the analysis results before and after the improvement,it can be seen that the mass of the optimized swing arm is reduced by 26%,the equivalent stress is reduced by 39%,the vibration at the sorting position is reduced by 51%,and the static stiffness is improved,which achieve the optimization purpose,and provides a way of thinking for the structural improvement of the L-shaped swing arm.
