主轴集成型风电齿轮箱输入级行星架加工工艺研究

Research on Machining Technology of Input Stage Planet Carrier of Spindle Integrated Wind Turbine Gearbox

叙述了主轴集成型风电齿轮箱内输入级行星架的加工工艺。对比了不同结构风电齿轮箱输入级行星架的区别,对输入级行星架加工难点进行研究,确定了主轴集成型输入级行星架的最终工艺流程,并在实际生产中得到应用与验证。

The machining process of the input stage planet carrier in the spindle-integrated wind turbine gearbox is described.The differences between the input-stage planetary carriers of wind turbine gearboxes with different structures were compared,the processing difficulties of the input-stage planetary carriers were studied,and the final technological process of the spindle-integrated input-stage planetary carrier was determined,which was applied and verified in actual production.
