摘要
通过对影响轮对压装的几个关键因素的理论分析,优化车轴、车轮加工工艺参数,并对试验结果进行了统计分析,最终解决了RE2B型轮对(车轮CL65钢)压装过程中存在的末端降吨问题。
Through theoretical analysis of several key factors affecting wheelset press-fit,the processing parameters of axles and wheels are optimized.Statistical analysis of the test results finally solved the problem of end drop tons in the press-fitting process of the RE2B wheelset(wheel CL65 steel).
