摘要
软包夹在任何绑缚形式的各类货品搬运堆放中起着重要作用,其关键焊接结构长期处于动载荷工作状态下,若其焊接焊缝存在缺陷,将会降低软包夹的性能指标造成危险,因此,软包夹焊缝缺陷检测显得十分重要。利用X射线无损检测方法,研究如何准确有效地检测出T型焊接接头与对接焊接接头中存在的焊接缺陷。通过试验研究发现:在透射电压一定情况下,与对接接头相比,T型接头的焊缝缺陷X射线检测难度较大,而对接接头的未焊透缺陷与气孔缺陷在X射线底片影像中表现明显。
Bale clamps play an important role in the handling and stacking of various types of goods in any form of binding.Its key welding structure is under dynamic load for a long time.When the welding seam has defects,it will reduce the performance index of the bale clamp and cause danger.Therefore,the defect detection of the bale clamp weld seam is very important.In this paper,X-ray non-destructive testing method is used to study how to accurately and effectively detect the welding defects in T-shaped welded joints and butt welded joints.Through experimental research,it is found that under the condition of constant transmission voltage,X-ray detection of weld defects of T-joint is more difficult than that of butt joint,and the incomplete penetration and porosity defects of butt joint are obvious in X-ray film images.
