摘要
氢燃料重卡相对电动重卡具有续航时间长、加氢快等优点,更适合目前重卡的市场需求。氢燃料重卡的燃料电池系统和动力电池系统同时存在,对整车的高压上下电具有更高的要求。首先对电动车高压上下电进行了研究,然后整合了燃料电池的需求,提出了氢燃料重卡的高压上下电策略,包括在IG Start、充电状态、常规和故障状态下上下高压的策略。经过理论分析和实车验证,结果表明该策略稳定可靠。
Compared with electric heavy trucks,hydrogen-fueled heavy-duty trucks have the advantages of long battery life and fast hydrogen refueling,and are more suitable for the current market demand of heavy-duty trucks.The fuel cell system and power battery system of the hydrogen-fueled heavy truck coexist,which has higher requirements for the high-voltage power on/off of the whole vehicle.This paper studies the high-voltage power on/off of electric vehicles,integrates the requirements of fuel cells,and proposes a high-voltage power on/off strategy for hydrogen-fueled heavy trucks.The strategy includes IG Start,charging state,high voltages power on/off in normal and fault states.After theoretical analysis and real vehicle verification,the strategy is stable and reliable.
