摘要
针对传统煤矿带式输送机监控系统监测量不全、监测精度低、通讯实时性较差等问题,在对某煤矿皮带机监测点及控制量分析的基础上,针对性地设计了一套基于PLC及工业以太网+RS485组合通信网络架构的矿用带式输送机智能监控系统,在对带式输送机跑偏、撕裂、超温、堆煤故障及电机、传动机构等部件运行状态实时监测的同时,可实现数据的高速灵活传输,有效提高了煤矿带式输送机运输效率及安全性。
The traditional coal mine belt conveyor monitoring system has problems such as incomplete monitoring amount,low monitoring accuracy and poor real-time communication.Based on the analysis of the monitoring points and control quantities of a coal mine belt conveyor,a set of mining belt conveyor intelligent monitoring system based on PLC and industrial Ethernet+RS485 combined communication network architecture is designed in this study.Real-time monitoring of belt conveyor deviation,tearing,over-temperature,coal pile failure and the running status of motor,transmission mechanism and other components.At the same time,high-speed and flexible data transmission can be realized,which effectively improves the transportation efficiency and safety of coal mine belt conveyors.
