基于嵌入式的液质在线监测装置结构设计及应用

摘要 为了更加便捷地检测出液压动力系统中液质的杂质含量,降低对动力系统元件和驱动部件的磨损和动力损失,增加系统可靠性和整体寿命,提出并设计了一种用于管道和不同容器中液质杂质含量的在线监测机械电子装置。通过对在线监测装置的整体结构和内部元件的优化和设计,以及对嵌入式硬件系统的整体设计,实现了工业现场下快速进行液质内杂质实时监测和预警,为工业环境中动力系统的正常运行和系统中液质杂质过滤设备的及时更换提供保障。 In order to more conveniently detect the impurity content of the liquid in the hydraulic power system,reduce the wear and power loss of the power system components and driving components,and increase the reliability and overall life of the system,an online monitoring mechatronic device for liquid impurity content in pipelines and different containers is proposed and designed.Through the optimization and design of the overall structure and internal components of the online monitoring device,as well as the overall design of the embedded hardware system,rapid real-time monitoring and early warning of impurities in liquid are realized in the industrial field.It provides guarantee for the normal operation of the power system in the industrial environment and the timely replacement of the liquid impurity filtering equipment in the system.
