摘要
在现有机床设备和刀片形状不变的情况下,转速和切深已经达到上限,在保证加工质量的前提下很难再进一步提高加工效率。在现有工况条件无法更改的条件下,考虑使用新的修光刃刀片加工,在保证工件表面质量的前提下可以进一步提高加工效率,并且在一定程度上实现了“以车代磨”的加工方式。
Under the condition that the existing machine tool equipment and blade shape remain unchanged,the rotational speed and depth of cut have reached the upper limit,and it is difficult to further improve the processing efficiency on the premise of ensuring the processing quality.Consider machining with new wiper inserts where existing operating conditions cannot be changed.On the premise of ensuring the surface quality of the workpiece,the processing efficiency can be further improved,and to a certain extent,the processing method of"turning instead of grinding"is realized.
