网络语境下社会权力距离的重构研究——基于心理契约调适效应的研究

Reconstruction of Social Power Distance in the Network Context:The Perspective of Psychological Contract Adjustment

互联网改变了传播过程中公众的社会权力认知,对社会权力运行产生了重要影响。为了探索网络语境下用户对社会权力分配差异接受程度的影响机理,本文构建了网络语境话语离散、信息对称和话语形态泛化对社会权力距离的影响路径模型,并进行探索。研究发现,网络语境中,话语离散、信息对称及话语形态泛化分别通过自我效能及等级取向的中介作用,对社会权力距离产生显著负向影响,且话语离散对社会权力距离的影响效应最大,信息对称次之,话语形态泛化最小。这些发现表明,网络语境下,媒介发挥了对社会权力监督的功能,且离散了社会权力分布。网络语境的话语离散、信息对称及话语形态泛化使得用户拥有更多话语权,并转化为传播权力,实现社会权力从少数群体向更多民众的让渡,从而弱化公众对社会权力分配差异的接受程度。

With discourse discretization,information symmetrization and ideological generalization as independent variables,social power distance as dependent variable,selfefficacy and ranking orientation as mediating variables,the paper constructed influence mechanism model of reconstruction of social power distance by network context infiltration based on psychological contract adjustment.The sample data was obtained through questionnaire survey,was analyzed using SEM.And it concluded that discourse discretization,information symmetrization and ideological generalization have significant negative effect on social power distance through mediating variables self-efficacy and ranking orientation.Among these,the efect of discourse discretization is the greatest,that of information symmetrization is greater,and that of ideological generalization is weaker.Besides,there is diferential efect of network context infiltration on social power distance between-and in-gender,age and education.And finally,the paper analyzed and discussed the research results,and indicated the theoretical and practical implication of the research conclusion.
