摘要
目的 提升赶黄草质量标准。方法 采用显微鉴别、TLC法进行定性研究,2020年版《中国药典》方法测定水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、50%乙醇浸出物含量,HPLC法测定乔松素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、乔松素-7-O-[4″,6″-(S)-六羟基联苯二酰基]-β-D-葡萄糖苷(PHG)、乔松素-7-O-[3″-O-没食子酰基-4″,6″-(S)-六羟基联苯二酰基]-β-D-葡萄糖苷(PGHG)、thonningianin A含量。结果 显微鉴别专属性理想。TLC斑点清晰,分离度良好。15批样品中水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、50%乙醇浸出物含量分别为6.07%~9.55%、5.36%~7.97%、0.07%~0.23%、15.11%~23.06%,4种成分含量分别为0.62~1.50、1.81~10.92、3.49~11.85、0.52~17.73 mg/g。结论 该方法合理可行,可用于赶黄草的质量控制。
AIM To promote the quality standard for Penthorum chinense Pursh.METHODS Microscopic identification and TLC were adopted in qualitative identification.The contents of water,total ash,acid-insoluble ash and 50%ethanol extract were determined according to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020 Edition method.HPLC was used for the content determination of ponocembrin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,ponocembrin-7-O-[4″,6″-(S)-hexahydroxybiphenylethyl]-β-D-glucoside(PHG),ponocembrin-7-O-[3″-O-galeoyl-4″,6″-(S)-hexahydroxybiphenyl diacyl]-β-D-glucoside(PGHG)and thonningianin A.RESULTS The microscopic identification demonstrated good specificity.The TLC spots were clear with good resolution.In fifteen batches of samples,the contents of water,total ash,acid-insoluble ash and 50%ethanol extract were 6.07%-9.55%,5.36%-7.97%,0.07%-0.23%and 15.11%-23.06%,and those of four constituents were 0.62-1.50,1.81-10.92,3.49-11.85,0.52-17.73 mg/g,respectively.CONCLUSION This reasonable and feasible method can be used for the quality control of P.chinense.
