益胃汤合麦门冬汤对胃阴亏虚型慢性胃炎患者的临床疗效

Clinical effects of Yiwei Decoction combined with Maimendong Decoction on patients with chronic gastritis due to Deficiency of Stomach Yin

目的 探讨益胃汤合麦门冬汤对胃阴亏虚型慢性胃炎患者的临床疗效。方法 102例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组51例,对照组采用四联疗法,观察组采用益胃汤合麦门冬汤,疗程1个月。检测临床疗效、TGF-β1、PCT、IL-32、PGⅠ、PGⅡ、GAS、胃动力学指标(胃窦收缩幅度、胃窦收缩频率、胃排空时间)、Hp根除率、不良反应发生率变化。结果 观察组总有效率、Hp根除率高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率更低(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组TGF-β1、PCT、IL-32、PGⅡ降低(P<0.05),PGⅠ、GAS、胃窦收缩幅度、胃窦收缩频率升高(P<0.05),胃排空时间缩短(P<0.05),以观察组更明显(P<0.05)。结论 益胃汤合麦门冬汤可安全有效地调节胃阴亏虚型慢性胃炎患者炎症状态,降低PCT水平,提高GAS水平和Hp根除率,正性调节胃蛋白酶原亚群水平,改善胃黏膜细胞及腺体功能,促进胃动力学指标恢复。

AIM To explore the clinical effects of Yiwei Decoction combined with Maim endong Decoction on patients with chronic gastritis due to Deficiency of Stomach Yin.METHODS One hundred and two patients were randomly assigned into control group(51 cases)for 1-month intervention of quadruple therapy,and observation group(51 cases)for 1-month administration of both Yiwei Decoction and Maim endong Decoction.The changes in clinical efficacy,TGF-β1,PCT,IL-32,PGⅠ,PGⅡ,GAS,gastric kinetic indices(gastric antrum contraction amplitude,gastric antrum contraction frequency,gastric emptying time),Hp eradication rate and incidence of adverse reactions were detected.RESULTS The observation group demonstrated higher total effective rate and Hp eradication rate than the control group(P<0.05),along with lower incidence of adverse reactions(P<0.05).After the treatment,the two groups displayed decreased TGF-β1,PCT,IL-32,PGⅡ(P<0.05),increased PGⅠ,GAS,gastric antrum contraction amplitude,gastric antrum contraction frequency(P<0.05),and shortened gastric emptying time(P<0.05),especially for the observation group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION For the patients with chronic gastritis due to Deficiency of Stomach Yin,Yiwei Decoction combined with Maim endong Decoction can adjust inflammatory state,reduce PCT level,elevate GAS level and Hp eradication rate,positively regulate pepsinogen subgroup levels,improve gastric mucosal cell and gland functions,and promote the recovery of gastric kinetic indices.
